In 2016, Goran and Tatjana Burcul co-founded attigo.consulting Inc., and in 2017 transitioned the consulting practice to a thriving independent brokerage firm (ARC Benefits Planning) offering advice and solutions to employers, business owners, and individuals.

With over 30 years experience in financial services (marketing, product development, collaborating with successful brokers), Tatjana focuses on assisting businesses to implement relevant and customized employee benefit / group retirement solutions. As an independent broker, Tatjana also enjoys preferred status with top carriers in the industry. As a life licensed agent, Tatjana also works with business owners and individuals, in recommending relevant individual insurance / investment solutions.

Tatjana is a recipient of the following industry awards:

1. Ron Beriault award for highest client retention in Ontario with the Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan

DeAnne takes a customer-focused approach in her role to expertly assist our clients with the many aspects of benefits plan administration. She rounds out our team by focusing on service excellence and helps us drive continued client retention and growth.

Joining our team in mid-2022, DeAnne's background includes many years of experience in insurance and investments administration and customer service.

JaZZMine Hamelin

Jazzmine’s experience in the workforce enables her to provide service excellence to clients. Her background includes accounting, human resources and 10 years experience in manufacturing. This enhances her ability to assist businesses in implementing relevant and customized employee benefit / group retirement solutions.

As a life licensed agent, Jazzmine provides business owners and individuals with relevant knowledge of insurance and investment solutions. As an independent broker, Jazzmine also has preferred status with top carriers in the industry.
